the Bear SG hello rainee in other news, just got out of division head's room.. my division is stuck in a mess.. if we solve one part, we'll create problems in another part.. and if we solve that part, will create more.. and it keeps going on and on until we end up with the beginning mess again... but the beginning mess is unacceptable oh well.. my division will have major headaches for some time.. but in the meantime, i'm going home
